Well I finally managed to get through week 1. It wasn't as easy as I thought it was going to be. I had a couple "off" days where although I signed in, I wasn't really following the checklist or any of the other daily activities. My goal for week 2 is to log in everyday, follow the checklist and and do all the exercises and activities.
Hopefully I will start feeling like a new me. I was feeling great this last week until I got side tracked by life and relatioships. It just makes me realize that this program obviously does work.
