Day 1

Coach's video about waking up. He says to remember when I was a kid and I was excited about my day I lept out of bed.

Well, this was probably true on Christmas but actually I've always had a hard time getting out of bed in the morning even when I was a little kid.

I know it's important to get up at a decent hour so that I have time to exercise and maybe even meditate, but it is SO hard. It doesn't matter what time I go to bed or how well i slept, i want to keep right on sleeping at 6 or 7 in the morning.

I've been making some changes in my life over the past month and have lost a little weight and was feeling pretty good. But I have trouble keeping it up and being consistent. Thursday I didn't smoke at all/ Friday i probably smoked almost a pack. I don't even like cigs anymore and I know that smoking makes me feel bad.

It's especially hard on the weekends when my days are less structured. On workdays, I can keep to a routine of getting up early, exercising, eating fairly well and so on, but on the weekends i get up later and i don't take time for my exercises...trouble is that I only work 4 days a week...
