Fall down go boom

 

Well, I f'd up pretty badly yesterday. Made excuses and continued with self-destructive behavior. Why can't I remember that when I behave stupidly, later I feel bad, both physically and psychically? 

I am trying not too give myself too hard a time about it—that would be further self-destructive. I have got to learn!
