negativity

Took the weekend off from Tools. Yesterday, we were working on the new house—there is so much to do that it overwhelms me. I was pretty grumpy but did not tell myself that "my attitude is my decision and I am...". My thoughts were so negative! And worse, I was so automatic. I didn't really even try to get out of that pattern of negative thinking because it is so comfortable to me. I worry that I am just too screwed up to really fix my brain :

don't stop!

well done for being aware! it all takes practise, just keep practising!... i find it very automatic too and am battling OFTEN with my attitude towards things and how negative and infectious it is but using the tools is really helping, i feel lame sometimes but if i wanna do it, i have to work the program. Just keep on trying, you can do it dude :) kia kaha!
