So far, I've been successful 3 days in a row to get up at 5 a.m. Ahosh's link is pretty helpful. I really reccomend the multiple alarm clock tip. Plus keep a comfy chair by the last alarm clock and relax a bit there.
Trust me, you can do it! And once you get into the habbit, it'll be easy.:D All the best!

says: I am a slow starter too. I don't feel awake and sharp untill noon. I found out I can reset my body clock by doing things early in the evening. For example I treat myself to a at home spa night ...Long bath, good book, (No TV or computer) I do this for about two nights in a row and then I start to wake up feeling better in the mornings. It last for about a week and then I seem to go back to the sleepy head days. So it's back to the evening spa nights. Try it, it's fun.
