We designed an innovative and powerful compensation concept based on rewarding business builders for developing customers as opposed to requiring business builders to just buy a lot of product each month. Our philosophy was that a company would succeed only if it had “real customers” buying “real product” because “they really wanted it.” We removed any reason to have to carry an inventory and we allowed each Marketing Executive to have a maximum of only 5 customers directly under him/her.
