Oh yeah!
I know what you mean, it can be so annoying when you can't use that old excuse anymore (or the other 500 you had stored up in case this one wouldn't wash). But after a while you will not only get used to not making excuses, you will also come to enjoy not making excuses! Tools really gets your brain working, doesn't it?
Hey, I really love you pic.
Those strange excuses
Yeh. We've all been there! It's kind of a shock when those thoughts become conscious. Some excuses are pretty hilarious. Some make NO sense at all. Good for you!
excuses
but they sound so right in my head!
I STAND GUILTY ON THAT...
Hi LittleMissO,
Welcome to TOOLS, a few days late... but the thought is there, anyway. Whoops, I do have a lot of misgivings aabout excuses (not just major ones, but even menial ones ... like pulling out alibis just because I don't feel like going out of the house to have coffee pleasantries. Even applying morbid excuses to cancel doctor/dentist's appointment... etc). How smart of our other voice to do that! Well, being here at Tools, it should gradually wipe those negative attitude. Through its wonderful program and wholesome exercises, we should all be directed to the better path. And that includes getting rid of unnecessary excuses. The community here is awesome, very supportive and is always behind us - helping us to be stronger and better. Well, LittlemissO, enjoy the journey and reap the sweet reward. Don't forget to always CLAP, SPLASH, BRUSH, SMILE ... we all love doing it. Have a great day! Oh, I love your icon. Bob Marley is one of my favourites ("get up ... stand up for your right") and that reminds me of him.
Cheers,
Autumn Mist
