BOOST TO BOOSTGuten Tag Little Stone! I'm sorry for not responding to your friend request. I did not know that you requested me. I tried to accept you but it would not let me do it. I just requested you as a friend so if you accept me, it would be greatly appreciated! :-)

I also have suffered from depression. It seems very hard whilst in the middle of it to be positive but it is the way forward.
"Do as if" and your mood will start lifting.
Also "distract yourself" in any way you can from dwelling on your illness: sport is the best way even if you do not feel like, and especially because you do not feel like doing sport, it will help you the most.
Also fresh air and a lot of sunlight or ASD lamp. Take care of yourself, good food, plenty of water, treat yourself well, love yourself, you are wonderful and are going to beat this depression!
So, again "Keep on being positive no matter what"!
Have faith!
