I am married and have a 9 year old step-son.  My family and I live in Alberta, Canada on an acreage. I am a Gas Field Operator, so I drive around and look after natural gas wells. I like to spend my free time with family.

I am doing the new body makeover TOOLS program and all the videos are HD.  I'm just wondering if there is any way to watch the videos in "low" definition.  I have a slow internet connection and it can take me up to 10 minutes to stream a 1 minute video.  It sure makes my 15 minutes a day drag out.

says: skip the vids entirely if you want to make the progress on schedule. Use google chrome and download the video in a different tab, after you are done doing the onsite work, and just do something away from the computer while it loads. Like see if you can do one of your normally redundant tasks in the time it takes for the video to load.

 I heard about it on the radio and i want to be happier about my family life and succeed in my work life.

 I don't specifically know. I love being in the mountains, and i love fishing. Possibly a fishing guide or maybe working with fish and wildlife shocking the rivers and counting fish.
My favorite wild animal is:
 Trout.

 I like water. When I'm fishing in a river I just want to get in it.

 I like cats because they are independent. They don't constantly need attention and jump all over you. They can take care of themselves.
