Day three comments

Wow its a day three already, and I got some points and things to comment about.

I know that if you think you can, you will do what you are able too. But, it takes so much of thinking. You have to re-program yourself. Every single day saying: "I think I can, I think I can." Then suddenly, you think "I can't do this anymore... i'm tired of thinking 'I can'."

So, how do really stop the bad programming?

So that is all basically. How do we stop the negative thoughts from bearing their ugly heads in our head??

:)

says:  i really dont understand tis blog thing how do u do it

says: it's all about your checking in on your emotions. If you feel angry, sad, or depressed then your thinking negative thoughts which are leading you away from your desired life, if you are feeling joy, peace, loved, happiness than you are thinking thoughts that are moving you towards your desired life, which is what we all want. so not so much monitoring your thoughts because we have thousands of them a day but pay attention to your feelings/emotions and let that tell you what your thinking. 2nd is allowing yourself to focus on your current circumstances instead of holding images of the life you really want in your head. it takes time and diligence but its all worth it. I'm practicing too. good luck to you
