Take A Sec

I thought the flow of tools would slow down at some point - so I can take a breath.  But, it seems like it just keeps getting more intense.

Yesterday it was "Turn It On".  Today it's "Just A Sec".

I feel like I'm barely keeping up.

Still positive, I just feel like I'm not absorbing enough daily.

How much change can one make at one time in their life?

I'm still enjoying/learning/discovering - these are positive.  I just need to push through and take the time.

no hurry

when you say "push through and take the time," that makes it sound like just another thing on your "to-do" list.  I think it's perfectly ok to take a few days between tools, digest things, reflect...there's no reason to have to hurry or to feel bad if you don't do every day.  I like to review previous days, or just stay at one  level until I feel ready to go forward.  Usually I LOVE to see what each day brings, but sometimes relaxing with it is good too.  Just my thoughts! :)  have a great day!  and wow, you are doing this at 5 in the morning??  That's dedication!

Take your time...

other Toolers (including me)  have talked about slowing down to have time to absorb the lessons. This is not a race, it's about affecting change, so take the time you need. I log on everyday to check out blogs and cheer people, even if I'm not going to do my "lesson" for the day. It helps me just to say connected. I've committed to finishing Tools, but I want to really change, I want to make better choices and I want a "smoother" life. Please be easy on yourself and make this enjoyable! Because it really is!
