I loved hawaii! I just went through Zion County in utah, and it is amazing!! best kept secret in utah... or maybe it isnt a secret? I hadnt heard of it anyways! worth visiting!!

The joys of not-dh
Yea, what he said. Noticing things that might be dh and naming it is good progress toward change.
Next is deciding if you want to change it, and in what way, then start with something small.
Also, start doing something positive. Like...when I quit smoking I purposely started playing with my shoe strings. I'd tied and untie them, and stuff. Just something positive to do instead of smoke. Worked, for me. I think if you don't replace old behavior with something positive, you go back to it before long.There's just a void there that needs a new behavior.
Also you could think about bad effects of being a dh. How has it caused you problems or losses? What could you gain if you changed?
