I Finished Day 7!

This is getting easier as I do each day - and I thought it would be getting harder! I have learned a few new things. I used to wake up with excitement and enthusiasm because of what the day could hold...It's great to go back to that again.

I used to believe that it took 21 days to establish a new habit, but it makes sense that you can create a new habit in a millisecond! It's the moment you decide to do it!

Self-image, self-esteem and self-respect are so important in order to reach peak potential. This is helping me to take a closer look at myself! I didn't realize how hard taking that assessment would be!

I LOVE looking at things from a different perspective: That a problem is simply a situation and a situation is an opportunity! I have found that sometimes in life, when you run into a problem and solve it, you come out better than before!Sometimes we never would have gone down that road and never would have learned or grown from it!

I like the idea of re-creating ourselves and our lives. I had a blog called "Creating a Better Life"! This is amazing!

Ok... I'm ready to Move Forward in Week 2!
