Day 7!!

 I made it!  I logged on 7 consecutives day.  I have done my reading each day and completed my exercises.  I feel great. I have started to recognize when my inner voice is talking to me. I am not heeding the advice everytime, but listening to it.  I have caught myself thinking neg »
