Day 7!!

 I made it!  I logged on 7 consecutives day.  I have done my reading each day and completed my exercises.  I feel great. I have started to recognize when my inner voice is talking to me. I am not heeding the advice everytime, but listening to it.  I have caught myself thinking negatively about myself and quickly changed this.  Every day is a new day. When I have a failure, I just keep thinking about tomorrow.  I used to just give up on whatever goal I had made.  This time I will not give up.  I will move ahead with the same goal each day.  To love myself!
