Its SO true! Watching my boys wrestle and giggle and hang-out.. or when I see the older one teaching the younger... THAT is the BIGGEST thrill and happiness in the world for me... Also.. Taking my oldest to concerts and watching the magic in and through his eyes... With the little one it is the movies... it is amazing!.. I am not talking about little babies here, my boys are 17 and 14.... it is amazing they get along at all.
My simple joy is sitting in my garden with Hubby in the evening espesially in spring.

Sounds too schmaltz to be true, but hearing my kids laugh together, at the same time, at the same thing. We went sledding about a month ago. And we were all three laughing a lot.
I also get a bit of a rush when they wave good bye to me out the front window when I go to work.
Turtles are good too, though...
