Waking up

I think that starting off the program with learning how to wake up excited and ready to have a good day is a very good thing for me. My first trial at this is going to be tomorrow morning and I am excited to try it. I'm kind of glad my boyfriend is out of town right now because if when we got up I were to clap my hands and say I'm going to have a great day!! I think he would think I am nuts.  This is a nice, slow, but still very strong start to changing my life for the better. I have a long ways to go. But I gotta start off with those baby steps.

NICE AND SLOW ... GOOD THINKING

Warm welcome to TOOLS.  Happy to see you around.  It seems like you already have a proper mindset on what is to come.

You came to a great site.  Program is awesome.  Exercise are healthy ... and fun.  The community is very supportive.  Just shout (on any) and you won't be let down.

A little suggestion.  Should you not want your boyfriend to hear you doing your rituals.  You could do what I've been doing (and still doing).  Because I don't want to disturb a peacefully sleeping hub, I normally dash out to the farthest part of the house (kitchen or laundray ... even bathroom with closed door), and "multi-task".  I do my splashing and brushing in the bathroom and the clapping and smiling (even marching with my adoring dog) in the kitchen.  Ain't it real fun?  Oh ... and perhaps, eventually he could be joining you doing the lot.  The more, the merrier.  Two pairs of hands clapping, splashing, brushing, smiling.  Right on!  Good luck on that.

Enjoy your journey.  Keep on multi-tasking, have a great day, LynZ!

Cheers,

Autumn MistKiss
