Today I started tools, I have many many things I want to change. I am 295lbs and want to get back down to 240. I spend money on the stupidest things and let my bills fall behind. I eat fast food every day and it has to stop. Last but not least I have to stop chewing. I think my biggest obstical is that I drive truck and it is very hard to stay on track with a diet and exersice. I went dirt bike riding this last weekend and we rode for about 3 hours and I realized how out of shape I am and said to my self enough is enough. So here I go no fast food, no chewing, and no spending money on stuff I do not need!
