Wow - Thank You Scars!

How to remember, but not be in pain.  that is the question.  I do believe that coach has answered this question in the toilet section.  Don't worry if you haven't gotten there you will.  Then it will make sense.  I need to continually flush it down the toilet UNTIL it is just a memory and a scar.  If you think about it, when you get injured to the point of a scar forming afterwards, it hurts like the dickens when it occurs, but the scar doesn't hurt, it simply a reminder that the body went through a traumatic event and needed some help recovering.  So, to scars I say thank you.  They are my battle wounds that I made it and did not die in the process, even if I felt like it at the time.

toilet?

I'm there thinking to myself what on earth do toilets have to do with anything?  But after reading your blog, can't wait to get there, fancy there is plenty I need to flush!
