Today is my birthday

Today is my birthday. I just started with "tools" a couple of days ago. I need a change; things are changing around me and I feel stuck. I want to change, I know that I can change...I just need a little help.

I woke up today feeling really good; I haven't in a while. I just felt kind of elated...for no good reason other than I did. It was wonderful.
