I haven't had a cigarette in 9 days. Haven't had a drink at home in 11 days (first time I've gone more than 1 day without a drink in more than 5 years - no exaggeration). Back in the gym now and getting into running shape. Also, a pretty girl at work asked me on a date this week.
The bottom line is that Tools works if you want it to. I needed change badly. And this is still only the beginning. One day at a time.
