A DAY FOR PLAY !!!!!!!!

Coach is giving us the day off.

Well, not really its a day for play, but I will always be aware of old habits (too much chocolate) creeping up on me.

So I got up, clapped, I'm having a great day, and stood on an electric plug, the pointy type we have here in Scotland. But, no harm done just a slightly sore foot.

Not sure about today.

The Football (or Soccer, if you prefer) season is over, oh and my Team Celtic won the Championship for the 3rd year in a row in a spectacular last day finish lat week, and over our great rivals Rangers. I watched our game with a bunch of starngers in a bar (one drink only, folks). We won our game, they lost theirs, although if they had not played so many more games due to a long run to a European Final (they lost) then probably would have won the title. Ok I got my gloat over, but I do feel a little for my Rangers supporting friends.

There's a not so nice side to that rivalry, which I take no part in, but that is  for another blog.

So no Football today.

So a walk in the sun, its great here today, twice round the lake, lots of guitar practise - I need it, try and finish my "Life Collage" I started but never got quite finished.

Meeting a friend tonight, we did not speak for about 5 years, some silly argument, can't remember it, but fences mended, we meet every so often now. Life is too short.

Have a great day one and all.

Enjoy you day

Fences mended.... Life is too short....  Good man!

Hooray for mended fences

Always a good idea.

As for sports, I'm seriously trying to decide if I should take a half day off work to go watch some rugby.  The Scottish, Irish, USA and Argentinian teams are all playing at a town near here. I LOVE rugby, don't care who wins, and have a secret fantasy of a rugby player carrying me off the field to some sweaty....urm...perhaps shouldn't go on....

Ahem.

In any case, if I'm a very good girl for the next while, perhaps I'll reward myself and dear Dudley (the pup) with some romping at the rugby stadium....

Play days = all days, depending on how one looks at it...

A little play goes a long way!

I hear you I hear you, Micci
