Life is all about balance (and sunshine)

Not been on Tools for a while, my life has been pretty full, today I rest, as here in Scotland there is blazing sunshine, almost (but not quite) California weather. So I'm going to enjoy it.

I'm two thirds of the way through my Counselling and Psychotherapy course -CBT, and loving it.

I'm so grateful to Tools for all I have learned and how far it has brought me, combined with what I have learned on my Counselling course, BOTH have made me a different man to the one I was a few short years ago.

The challenges are still there, but its how you handle them that counts, now for me with a greater degree of self assurance.

I'm out there trying to help others in a future profession where I will strive to be the best I can be.

If you are just starting Tools, see it through. It's worth the effort.

Life is all about balance, not everything is going to be brilliant, but you'll be amazed how a doing the work in this course can guide you towards the life you seek, and help you cope when you occasionally stumble.

Ho hum, off to the supermarket now, but I'm going to walk, and let the sun energise me.
