says: I only print the list once a week and write in the extra points and the affirmations on a separate sheet. My printer would run out of ink really fast if I didn't use the "Draft" setting! LOL I take an hour to complete things in the mornings and leave the rest for throughout the day. This gives me more time in the evenings to do more on the site. Micci

I've been making a pdf file and printing it out in booklet form.  I'm on day 32, and the list is quite long.  I can fit the checklist and the To Do List on 4 pages (so one piece of paper in booklet form) if I make the page margins smaller, etc.

I then read through the list in the morning and check off everything that has a definite time to do (all the morning stuff).  The other stuff I just read through it, to remind myself to smile throughout the day, drink water, etc.  Then I have the piece of paper the rest of the day to remind myself, and to use as my To Do List.

says: I'm on day six, and its at the point will I will need to keep a few 3x5 cards posted in several viewable places...  bathroom mirror, work desk, car dashboard, kitchen...
