New Beginnings:Day25

Thanks for all of the tips about using the checklist. I have put "buy bulletin board for bathroom and buy index cards" on my To Do list.

I wear my "complaint" bracelet. (I switch it from wrist to wrist whenever I catch myself complaining.  I also passed that tip onto my daughter, she has started TOOLS too) I am drinking more water, watching portion sizes and making sure I eat throughout the day, exercising, smiling....the list goes on. So when do we get fitted for our halos? :-) (just kidding)

Ok, on the halo topic, I have a confession to make. (I am not Catholic but you get the drift of this)  I am having a hard time breaking the night owl habit and getting a regular sleep pattern set up. Last night I was a REAL rowdy and stayed up until 5am talking to a friend on Skype. I haven't laughed that much in a long time. He was drinking wine and got progressively sillier as the night went on, I was drinking decaf and laughing.

Hold the phone for a minute. I am confessing to staying up late on a Friday night drinking decaf coffee and laughing with a friend? Wow, this is really working, isn't it? :-) Where was this stuff when I was 19?

You're blessed

Laughing with a friend...a great way to spend you time, well worth the lack of sleep.

You made me laugh!

I love your spirit!  Your post definitely made me laugh.  I also did a double take about the complaint bracelets!  How are they working for you?  When I first put mine on they changed wrists so quickly I was scared I would wear them out!

And what do you mean WHEN do you get your halo.. you already have it!  No matter how many times you fall down the beauty of who you are can't be lost. :)

..And thank you for the comments.  I always enjoyed communicating through written word, although I'm very much out of practice.  The "well-written" compliment made me smile. I find it very cool that it triggered a memory for you regarding your old colleague.  The insights we create for ourselves are the most powerful.  Thank you for letting me be a part of the work you do yourself :)

Thank you

Thank you for your response, its always nice when people take the time to respond to my blog.

The complaint bracelet is a good idea! People do look at you a little strangely when you stop and move your bracelet to the other wrist :-)

Keep in touch!
