Addicted to PFR?

I am getting the shakes (just kidding) but my PFR did not advance a day so I listened to yesterday's video and podcast again. Is it possible to become addicted to PFR? :-)  There are a lot worse things to be addicted to, I know, but it has become part of my morning routine!! Is this sounding like a complaint? Sorry. But I NEED my PFR!!

It's posted now...FYI

I know what you mean about having PFR becoming a habit! It's all good stuff and a great way to start the day. Being on the east coast, I often forget we are 3 hours ahead of Cal time.

But here is some good news....if PFR can become a quick habit, it opens up all kinds of other possibilities for other good habits.  Here are some to consider: taking a walk, stretching, meditating, writing.....what do you love to do? (I'm asking myself that and sharing this with you....)

Think about it - it has only been 21 days!  I don't know about you, but I was hooked much earlier....so what other good things can I do for my routine? Hmmm

I'm grateful for PFR too and look forward to it each day.  I also know how much work is involved in the production of each component.....video, audio, reading, formatting, uploading...lalalala (good thing Coach Steele knows his stuff - that is the easy part!)   This really is a lot of content being pumped out each day for us...and probably takes a village to do so (thanks tools team!)...or working massive hours (like he said in the no cell phones at dinner challenge -he rarely sleeps....working hard I'm sure to be ready for us east coasters.)

Anyway, I hear you!  And day 21 is ready - hold on to your hat....there's a lot of tough love goin' on!

Have a great day!

You deserve a star You deserve a star - for joining the REVOLUTION!

oops

I woke up this morning a little TOO keen and a little too early I guess, sorry Coach! I certainly appreciate all of the time, effort and knowledge that goes into producing the PFR.

I printed out the food list for the Body Makeover program today and I am in the middle of doing a kitchen purge and then I am going shopping....for not much!! lol I am grateful that I enjoy eating fish and vegetables!

Now I am going to go and do Day 21 of PFR! :-)

Have a GREAT day everyone!
