New Beginnings!

Have I mentioned how much I love Tools and the PFR? I have? Hmmm, thought I might have mentioned it. :-)

The best advice I picked up on today was to "Keep taking good care of YOU and resolve to be your personal best!"  I always thought it was selfish or conceited to put myself first. I had been taught to help others, care for others, be compassionate-all excellent advice- except when I forgot to take care of myself. I became addicted to being needed and while I was so busy looking after everyone else (whether they wanted me to or not!), I built a 100 pound prison of fat to surround and protect myself with. I think of it as a "pity party" prison

I am going to break that woman out of that prison of fat!!! How's that for a visualization? :-)

Keep working hard at resolving to be your personal best and thank you to everyone who has taken the time to cheer or comment! YOU are amazing and so am I! :-)
