Pushed a wall

 Today I had a strange thing happen. In the late afternoon my mood started to slip and I got really tired. I also noticed that after reading some texts from Luke, my son I started to feel anxious and was shoving raisins and cashews in my mouth. But I stopped! I had a hard time concentrating on my TOOLS to get me through it but I went and had a bath and started reading a book. Even though I really wanted to go to bed (@7!!!) I pushed through it and just started puttering around at afew odd jobs. I planted some herbs in pots and tidied the kitchen. I feel much better now, I am still up and  I feel like I overcame a barrier tonight.
