First week that took over a year!

I have finished the first week but it took awhile! Actually, I have just returned to Tools after a very brief start in May of 2007. I have returned after just happening to come across a Tools email in my inbox! I can't believe I had been ignoring them up until this point! Thank goodness Tools didn't give up on me. In November I was diagnosed with severe depression and spent some time in a Crisis Center. I came across Tools again and it is working in wonderfully with my therapy. I am starting to feel so much better about myself and I have suffered from low self esteem for years. I can't wait for week 2!
