Not good

Set myself up for disaster tonight. Went to dinner  with a positive attitude, thinking everything might be OK- but NO, she is moving her stuff out this week.

I have tried to work things out, hoped for the best, but I am ready to give up the whole situation, it hurts to much.

I feel for you

Been there myself and no words I have will help with the pain, only time takes care of that.  If she doesn't want to be there then I would say she was not the right one for you.  I can say that from my experience after the pain from a break up was gone and I had time to heal and grow from the experience I could honestly see that the relationship was not right.  Stay positive and continue to work on getting the life you want, and remember this is an opportuity for you to learn and find the one that is right for you.  Take your time and best wishes.

i agree

time heals wounds even if you cant see it now... if you honestly feel like you've tried all you can then sometimes moving on is really the most positive thing you can do for yourself

good luck :)
