took a chance and got wet

 

I took a chance and met up with an old friend who was talking to me about how much she liked swimming.

 

I like swimming too, so I asked her to go swimming together.

 

And today, we swam together at a local pool. 

 

After the swim, we walked her dog for a few blocks.

 

It felt great to meet up with someone and do something active. I felt way better than the times I met someone and we went for Coffee or sat and watched a video. 

 

Life is a choice. And I like the choice I made today.
