Sick again!!!

 

I have realised my body is trying to self sabotage my efforts to change forever!  Yes, I am sick again.  I was always sick as a child and for most of my life,now that I think about it! It was only the last 3-4 years that I changed my mindset and achieved good health. I think I am getting a little too far out of my comfort zone on my way to my new life and my body is saying 'hang on a second, this is unknown territory!' and pulling me back into the old way of get sick and blame inconsistent results on illness.  The more focused I have become, the more the pull has been to slow down, take it easy.  I have ploughed on anyway and now in it's LAST attempt to hold me back, is hitting me with all kinds of illnesses.

I say LAST as now I am aware of it, it must stop!

I have suffered a plague of cold sores, one after another, all over my mouth and even on the chin and near my nose! Then the flu of all flu's. Then food poisoning, more cold sores! and now my back is playing up big time and I am practically crawling about!

I WILL NOT GIVE IN!!!! 

My new life beckons, I hear it calling, I am coming!  just a little slowly.......

GOOD HEALTH is MINE!  I focus on NOW and where I am going.
