Attitude

After years of being known around the workplace as a fairly negative person, I'm finaly becoming more of a positive person to be around. The other day, we had some drama at work and my boss had to put out a memo, telling people some shit they didn't want to hear. I commented to one of my superiors that I completely was backing the new policy about break time, as it was intending to make the shop more productive and fair to all of us. That got back to my supervisor and I think he had felt like kind of dick for having to put out that memo, but he came up to me and asked me about it. We got to talking about the new policy and why it was a good thing and he said, "You know, I really appreciate your attitude." That made me feel pretty damn good!
