First day by myself

Today is the first day that since i became sober that i am home alone. I know that it i will be a challenging day if i make it a challenging day. I personally plan not to make it a challenging day but you never know. i am just a bit worried where my mind will wonder with no one to talk to i guess i have the dog but he only like me cuz i give him treats and let him out side ha ha. I dont know what it its about ttl and blogging but just this little bit of typing has made me feel better and for that i am grateful thanks every one keep up the good work

You are awesome!!!!

8 days!!!!! Wow! I've been gone for a few days and several times during those days you crossed my mind and I wondered how you were doing, if you were still doing tools and staying sober. I was so happy for you when I logged on today and saw all your progress and hard work. I hear you about worrying about being home alone. My ex and a friend of mine who are both alcoholics hate to be alone because then they have to face themselves with no distractions. But look what you have to face, a man to be proud of, a husband to be proud of...

You can do it, keep going! You can do it, keep going!
