No coffee for a week

I have stopped drinking coffee and it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am sleeping better and drinking all kinds of herbal teas instead. The benefits are amazing. 7 days without it and I do not miss it for a second.

says: wow that's great. I drink a lot of coffee myself and recently have been looking for alternatives. Do you mind sharing some of the herbal teas you've had success with? I drink green tea and enjoy that but that is the extent of my tea knowledge.

says: Hey. I'm no expert at this but I can tell you what I've been drinking in addition to green tea. Pomogranate blueberry (excellent antioxidant), mint (good for digestion), earl grey, lemon and ginger root (circulation), and there are ones called "sleepy time" or "relaxation" which tend to be fruity and suitable for their names. I definitely feel healthier than before and no jitters/anxiousness like in the coffee days. I'm sure there are many many other kinds, but that's all I've explored so far. Hopefully this helps you out.

says: Thanks, I'll check those out the next time I'm at the grocery store.
