one week

 well its been a week since i quite smoking and i am able to breath alittle better. it is tough some times with all the stress around me i just want to light up sumtime

GOOD JOB!!!

KEEP IT UP.  yep, it gets hard at times but keep going, stay strong.  It really feels great to know you have managed to stay a non-smoker.  Im like on day.... 160something.  that I have quit.  Im ticked pink!  I cant ever see myself going back to it! 

 

I feel better, Lord knows I smell better and well. I took a drag on someone's cig about a month ago and started gagging.  IM DONE!!!!  I AM FREE OF SMOKING....
