weekend

 I am back from my weekend and as promised I am writing about it. I had a great time .My workshop went very well. I had a lot of positive feed back.I spent time on the beach and with my friends.Everything was perfect.I even had people saying they wanted to go to my next workshop. Several times today I heard people repeat something I had said in my workshop and I am feeling very good about it.People had a hard time believing it was my first one.I had visualized doing it so, in a way it did not feel like it was.I was calm and ready and it everything felt natural. It was like I was talking with friends.
