I have been at the same number on the scale for three weeks now.  Today was my weigh in day and today my lesson was on excuses.  I will be honest.  I thought I was above making excuses, but the fact is I did not journal my food, slacked off on my exercising, and cheated quite a bit.  I was not great about it the week before either.  I am so tempted to say "Yeah but!"  I was out of town, there were special occasions, I couldn't resist the cheesecake that Aunt Jackie made, I deserve to cheat, etc.  Wow.  I am not only fat I am a liar, lol, but I can change these things and make my life better!!!! (Note to self... check that off  my list)>  I want to succeed and I want to take responsibility for my choices.  I am going to demonstrate that commitment by once again returning to journaling my food, water, and exercise.  If it goes in my mouth it will go on my log!  I have a handy dandy little pamphlet that makes it easy and by golly I am going to use it!
