Afirmations day 15

If someone can explain the affimation section in excersises.  I do not understand if your answering a question with an answer or writting new affirmations that use the wording in the question.  I hope someone can help.  The program has been great.

Thanks

Tom

Hello Mister Tom,

The affirmation section..?

Is this the last part where there is an affirmation then spaces underneath?

I always took it to mean you rewrite the affirmation yourself three times. In writing it out you are reaffirming the affirmation in another way. It becomes almost tactile.

But! You could also write what you want, if you want!

The affirmation given changes to reflect the lesson of the day.

Perhaps thinking up new ways to say the same thing gets your mind thinking laterally, which is also another way to reaffirm the message.

I thought of the 'But!' after I began writing... thanks for the question! Now I'm going to do it both ways!

Wink

Happy trails!
