says: Thank you it really gives me inspiration to read things like that. With the bipolar it can be hard to stick to the things I need to.

Oh my goodness, I have had that concern! I am so glad that you came here with that concern, where you can get support!
I felt that I couldn't have the life that I wanted until I got further along. This was why gratitude was SO key to me, to relaize that I am ALREADY blessed, in today. I can even look back on hard hard times in my life and see how much joy there still was, even in those times.
For me it was that Law of Accumulation. I had been Accumulating negative self-talk for a LONG time. For example, I am wokring to get to a healthier weight. So I would say to myself, when I'm skinny, it'll be so fun to go swimming. Until I got it that those things that would be fun to do when I'm skinny, will also be fun to do today. And with Law of Accumulation, your everyday thoughts will be positive ones before you know it. Keep up the accumulating!
I have young kids, and they really help me with my attitude. They get it that the time to enjoy things is IN TODAY, too.
Thanks again for sharing with the board today! I hope you feel better today, because you deserve it! You're putting in the effort.

I get that feeling from time to time, but I know where it stems from when ever I get this feeling.
I get it because I am being too hard on myself, which is something I have been improving myself on.
it comes from negative talk that we are so used to.
do u agree?
I think thats your issue, just be aware of it, and fight it when ever you get that feeling, fight that negativity and give your self credit for taking control of your life.
by the way, what day are you holding?
