I am a transplanted Canada who moved from Alberta to Arizona 4 1/2 years ago.  I work in the health care field.  I have always struggled with my weight and my self esteem.  Blossoming to over 270lbs I am now jeopardizing my health and being able to witness and participate in all the wonderful things in life iwth my children.  I am tied of huffing and puffing, of squeezing into restaurant seats and not being able to bend over to tie my shoe. I have decided that now is the time - I want to lose weight, get healthy and look forward to a long and healthy life
