I was able to motivate some of my neighbors to participate by speaking out at the planning meeting for changing our golf course into new zoning for condos. It wasn't easy, we were all shaking at the knees when it was our turn to speak, but we said what needed to be said, and the board actually hear us and upped the ante for the developers. 

 

 

We have more work to do. And we might not "win". But then, we might win....
