Day 28

I have made it to day 28. I am so proud of myself. Working the affirmation programs and Tools has really started getting me thinking more positively and more logicallly. I have joined SparkPeople now and still am trying to work FlyLady--that's a hard one for me. I see improvements in myself and my children, which really has surprised me. Some of this positive thinking must be rubbing off. Maybe those subliminal messages running on my computer all the time really do work.
