Day 14

I made it through two whole weeks.

Hooray for me!

I am becoming my own cheering squad which is good.

I am doing more around the house.

I had several good days of doing pretty much everything on the list.

I had two not so good days, including today.

However, I am feeling upbeat and less negative today.

My kitchen sink is still clean and empty and it has been 4 days!!

I worked all week this week, and I drove to work all week as well.

I have talked myself out of impulse purchases 7 times this week.

I have felt more confident overall.
