I have been slacking lately

I have not been on tools in over one week. I logged in today and completed my daily lesson. I get so upset with myself for not doing it but I don't change it. I frustrate myself! I am definitely my own worse enemy. I know what needs to be done and even how to do it...I just don't. Why, what is wrong with me? What is holding me back?

don't beat yourself up

It's OK if you don't log in everyday, we are encouraged to go at our own pace here. Im on Day 71 and started this 5 months ago! lol

I will say though whenever I do Tools or at least drop in and read a few blogs it makes me instantly happier and more chill. :)

DITTO

I totally agree with Doll -- I take the weekends off. Tools to me is like a job except the job is to work on myself.  Some days I just don't do a good job or I'm stubborn and I won't do a good job.  I try to make myself do those days over until I really get it.  Be kind to yourself.  You are among friends.  Keep up the good work.  Every day is a new day and your day can be amazing.  Cool

You're doing fine!

I actually posted a blog today (again) about beating myself up about not logging into Tools everyday. I sometimes get down on myself for that, but I'm learning that it's okay. This program is designed to take at our own pace. The important thing is that we are indeed coming back when we're ready. I don't like to progress to the next day if I feel like I'm not grasping a previous lesson well enough. Maybe it's an excuse, but I really think it's me putting in the work to get the most out of the program.

I don't know if that helps or not, but just know that you are not the only one to skip days. Just keep doing the work and come back when you are ready.
