how you spend your time

It dawned on me this morning that I am struggling right now because of the way I spend my time.  Instead of spending my time working on ways to improve my life I am keeping busy dwelling, worrying and complaining.

I spend countless hours a day in front of the tv or online.  For example, last night, I was 8 hours of television.   I could have done so many things in those 8 hours.  Go through my tasks, do my laundry and clean the house, read a book, workout, etc.

I am going to spend the next few days focusing my attention on getting things done.  I want to pay particular attention to how I spend my time.

hi, i wanted to say that i feel the same way. i could have written the exact same post (except fewer hours of tv).  but i seem to spend time thinking about changing and not actually doing it. hopefully, Tools will help us both!

I agree! I agree!
