Hello, my name is Jon. I'm a 20 year old man working towards my future! In the past 2 years I have decided exactly what it is I want to do with the rest of my life... Well as far as career goes. I am going to be a Firefighter/Paramedic! I have been working in Fort McMurray, Alberta, for the past 2 years. I moved here by myself soon after grad. For those of you that do not know, this is Canada's major Oil Patch. I have come here to secure a high paying job, which will/has enabled me to save up for school... My goal is to have $34,000 in the bank by the end of next year! The college I want to attend is in Manitoba. Tuition is $15,000. Books and uniform are another $3500. This does not include living expenses!!!!!

 

Now for goal #2!

As you can imagine firefighters must be in excellent shape. The job can be very physical! At the moment I weigh 235 pounds! I am 6'1" with broad shoulders. So my target weight is 215 pounds!
