Well, I am in a distictly northern part of the world in comparison to you and things may be quite a bit different up here.
The economy is not helping very many either. I would suggest talking to family, friends, churches and a financial aid worker if possible. Things may seem impossible right now, you can look into these options and also ask people as you go for advice.
I honestly wish I had number for you to call or someone for you to see. What you cannot afford to do now is give up!!

Most cities have family services avail for you to talk to someone and get some help like food stamps and maybe school cloths toget you started. You deserve better that you have hit him up for child support if you can that will limit his gambling a bit. As for spacebook have his id shut down as a sexual preditor that he is....
You might look for a better man to take care of you... he isn't doing any good for you or the kids...
