start over?

I made tremendous improvements through first 21 days of Tools, but did something that I promised that I wouldn't do, and have been lost for the past three weeks. Immediately after that, I found that I couldn't do Tools. I felt like I was being preached to and just felt totally guilty and resentful.

Everything gained (from Tools) has been lost (or more properly, from a weight perspective, everything lost has be re-gained), but losing weight is/was only one of my "issues".

I am regularly doing things that I promised that I would never do again and can't seem to break the viscious cycle.

Should I attempt to continue Tools at my existing point (Day 24) or start over completely?

Thanks,

CMB
