Friends are only people we have not met yet!

Wow!  I am amazed and delighted at the connections I have made in such a short time through this program.  I am reading Susan's book and loving every page, getting notes of encouragement from friends and finding out through reading blogs that there are "sister spirits" out th»

I'm just going to keep right on flapping my wings!

I realize that this process is never over and although I am two days from 90, I plan to begin again and keep right on searching within to find "more".  I love the analogy of the caterpillar turning into a butterfly and have imagined myself in a stage of chrysalis over the past three m»

Emerging into the light!

THE MORE EFFORT I PUT INTO MY LIFE, THE BETTER MY LIFE IS!Tomorrow is my last day, #90 if I were counting;  however, imagining that one could finish tools is like believing that there isn't anything more which of course, is not true.  This ending is more like a new beginning as I gathe»

No endings....only new beginnings

I'm still contemplating butterflies... and life cycles.  I know there are no beginnings - no endings....everything just keeps going round and round;  however, since doing my 90 days in tools which finished today, my life is no longer spiralling in a downward direction.&»

Time to Review:

Today is Sunday and I decided to spend the entire day creating a scrapbook of the first 90 days in Tools recording weight loss, photos and all of my blogs in sequence.  Then I added my scripts for image and exercise, my life laws, some affirmations and many of the answers I posted on various im»

What I learned today!

"Traps are tricky...they seem to make sense but keep me from doing what I need to do"  COACHI guess traps are the same as excuses...you know, it's raining so I maybe won't take the dog for his walk...or, I feel overtired and maybe I should go back to bed instead of doing exerc»

Monday-another week begins....this life is a journey

I walked Hershey early this morning as Bob had already gone to the golf course, then packed a picnic lunch for me and Pat and headed to the pool.  We did a 45 minute class in the deep water with our 10 pound weights on each leg which was very hard and when it was over, I swam with my fins and d»

Regrouping

After having been away I needed to get back to my regular exercise routine so that was my priority today.  I felt so good to have done my stretching and an hour in the exercise room. I exercise in my underpants, undershirt, socks and running shoes and have a mirror in the room.  I tel»

Sunday - End of week #1 back on track

I'm down 5 pounds in one week which feels great.  More importantly I am back in the mode of exercise which is giving me lots more energy.  I am still wondering what happened that I let things slip away but now is not the time for regrets...it is time to keep on keeping on and to recomm»

Drinking pure water

Getting back on track seems overwhelming some days but you simply have to start somewhere so here I go....today, I drink more pure water....no soda pop or coffee.  This small step is like cleaning up a messy drawer in the kitchen.  Once you finish, it feels so good, you just want to contin»
